A. Western blot analysis on HaCat cell lysate 
using anti-cytokeratin 10 RabMAb (cat. # 2210-1),
 dilution 1:100,000. 

B. Paraffin-embedded human skin tissue stained 
with anti-CK-10 RabMAb. Note positive staining of 
suprabasal layers of keratinizing stratified epithelia 
(cat# 2210-1).

Specificity

A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the 
C-term of human Cytokeratin 10 was used as immunogen.

Store at -20 °C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 
0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 
0.05% BSA. Stable for 12 months from date of receipt.
