【产品介绍】Low affinity IgG Fc receptor gamma II
(Fc-gamma II), also known as CD32, is a member of
the immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activating/
inhibitory motif (ITAM/ITIM) family. Fc gamma receptors
play a critical role in immunity by linking the IgG
antibody mediated response with the regulatory functions
of the immune system (1). Three classes of Fc gamma
receptor exist; Fc gamma RI (CD64, a high
affinity receptor), Fc gamma RII, and RIII (CD32 and
CD16 respectively, both low affinity receptors). Fc
gamma RIIa is an activating receptor, while RIIb1,
RIIb2, and RIIb3 are inhibitory receptors generated
by alternative splicing (1-2). Fc gamma RIIa is critical
for antigen-presenting-cell activation and Fc gamma
RIIb downregulates B-cell functions (3). Coligation
of FcgammaRIIb with the B-cell antigen receptor
(BCR) results in the abrogation of B-cell activation
and become phosphorlyated by protein tyrosine kinase
(PTK) (4)

using anti-Phospho-Fc gamma RIIb (py292) RabMAb
(cat. #2308-1), 1:100,000 dilution. Cells were
either (A) untreated (B) treated with pervanadate.

Specificity

A phospho specific peptide corresponding to
residues surrounding tyrosine 292 of human Fc gamma
RIIb. This antibody detects Fc gamma RIIb phosphorylated
on tyrosine 292.

贮存：

Storage Condition and Buffer

Store at -20 °C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4),
0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and
0.05% BSA. Stable for 12 months from date of receipt.
