Recombinant Mouse MCP-5/CCL12 (CHO-expressed) 是一种有效的单核细胞活性趋化因子,参与过敏性炎症和宿主对病原体的反应。 Synonyms rMuMCP-5/CCL12; C-C motif chemokine 12; MCP5; SCYA12 ; 重组小鼠MCP-5/CCL12 (CHO表达) Species MouseSource CHO Accession Q62401 Gene ID 20293 Molecular Weight 9.3-11 kDa AA Sequence GPDAVSTPVT CCYNVVKQKI HVRKLKSYRR ITSSQCPREA VIFRTILDKE ICADPKEKWV KNSINHLDKT SQTFILEPSC LG Biological Activity The ED50 is <0.5 μg/mL as measured by CHO-K1/Gα15/mCCR2 cells (human Gα15 and mouse CCR2 stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells). Appearance Lyophilized powder. Formulation Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS. Endotoxin Level <0.2 EU/μg, determined by LAL method. Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse MCP-5/CCL12 (CHO-expressed) (rMuMCP-5/CCL12) to 100 μg/mL using ddH2O or PBS. Storage & Stability Lyophilized recombinant Mouse MCP-5/CCL12 (CHO-expressed) (rMuMCP-5/CCL12) is stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage. Shipping Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere. Background MCP-5 mapped to the CC chemokine cluster on mouse chromosome 11 and was most closely related to human MCP-1 in structure (66% amino acid identity). Purified recombinant MCP-5 protein was a potent chemoattractant for peripheral blood monocytes, was only weakly active on eosinophils at high doses, and was inactive on neutrophils. MCP-5 induced a calcium flux in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, but not in purified murine eosinophils or neutrophils[1]. |
