Recombinant Human TIGIT, Fc Chimera (HEK293-expressed) 是在 HEK293 细胞中产生的含有352个氨基酸的多肽链,带有C-端的人 IgG1 Fc 片段。T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT),也被称为 V-set 和免疫球蛋白结构域的蛋白9 (VSIG9)、V-set 和跨膜结构域的蛋白3 (VSTM3)。它属于单通道 I 型膜蛋白,包含免疫球蛋白可变结构域、跨膜结构域和免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序 (ITIM)。 Synonyms rHuTIGIT, Fc Chimera; VSIG9; VSTM3; T Cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM Domains ; 重组人 TIGIT,FC 嵌合体 (HEK293 细胞表达) Species HumanSource HEK 293 Accession Q495A1 Gene ID 201633 Molecular Weight 50-55 kDa AA Sequence MMTGTIETTG NISAEKGGSI ILQCHLSSTT AQVTQVNWEQ QDQLLAICNA DLGWHISPSF KDRVAPGPGL GLTLQSLTVN DTGEYFCIYH TYPDGTYTGR IFLEVLESSV AEHGARFQIP Biological Activity 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) of immoblized recombinant human CD155-Fc can bind human Biotin-TIGIT-Fc with a linear range of 6.1-48.83 ng/mL. Appearance Lyophilized powder. Formulation Lyophilized after extensive dialysis against PBS, 5% trehalose and mannitol. Endotoxin Level <0.2 EU/μg, determined by LAL method. Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TIGIT, Fc Chimera (HEK293-expressed) (rHuTIGIT, Fc Chimera) to 100 µg/mL using ddH2O or diluted with PBS. Storage & Stability Lyophilized recombinant Human TIGIT, Fc Chimera (HEK293-expressed) (rHuTIGIT, Fc Chimera) is stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage. Shipping Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere. Background T cell Ig and ITIM domain (TIGIT) is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to a poliovirus receptor family of type 1 proteins that also binds to CD155 and CD112 ligands. TIGIT is expressed on peripheral memory and regulatory CD4+ T cells and NK cells and is upregulated following activation on naive CD4+ T cells. CD155 is a high-affinity receptor for TIGIT expressed on monocytes and CD11c+ human dendritic cells (DCs). TIGIT contains an Ig-like V-type domain and an ITIM in its cytoplasmic domain, suggesting that receptor occupancy may trigger a negative signaling event[1]. |
